Tuition

Students and participants are able to terminate the contract in full prior to the initial program commencement date or individual project date. Students enrolled in the full program may submit a request for termination outlining the specific reason for the request. Refund requests must also be submitted with the request for termination. If a refund is deemed, Cinelight will maintain a minimum of 30% of the tuition cost for administration fees. Tuition payments received will be taken into account for the calculation of reimbursement. Administration fees, supplies and software are not eligible for reimbursement.

In the event of program or project abandonment, no request for termination or reimbursement of tuition or fees will be accepted. In the event that a course size is unacceptable to perform project collaborations, students may be offered the opportunity to join another course or receive a refund of the tuition fees.

In the event that a student misses three or more course sessions, the student will be terminated from the program or project. No reimbursement will be provided if this is the case.
